Have you ever had an insurance agent that you trusted with all your well being and just knew he would always do the right thing, would always fight for your rates, would always have your back, would know your business as well as he knows his own, would never try to up sell you, would never sell you a policy or increase your coverage if you had very little chance of ever needing it, would ALWAYS personally take your phone calls no matter what day of the week or time of day, would know every member of your family , and all of your pets names, would call just to check on us for no other reason than he really cares? If it does not sound like your insurance agent, then you clearly don’t know mine. If you are like me, and you are lucky enough to to have Christian Merritt as your agent and friend, you will never, ever change agencies because once you find the best agent with the best employees in the world, there is simply no reason to ever look anywhere else.
